Inspired by fresh, beautiful ingredients; with a focus on Italian Culture. Bar Curio is a setting for food and libation in Philadelphia, providing an environment focused on the aesthetic of the beverage, food and appreciation of curiosity.
​We are also excited to announce a reason to join us for 1st Fridays by creating rotating Curio exhibits! With much of the aesthetic of the space designed around the idea of curiosities in containers, we will provide 10x10x10 containers and encourage artists (local and international) to help us fill the space.

Pastorius Park Picnic Baskets
We are proud to offer complete settings for 2 & 4 people with our traditional hand-woven baskets. What is more beautiful than a lunch in the park with a nice blanket, a delicious beverage and some seasonable snacks? We are only 2 blocks away from one of the most iconic parks in the city, Bar Curio can make this dream happen!
Bottle Shop
Stay for a drink or take wine to go with our reasonably priced wine selection. Our Bottle shop, though limited, is expertly curated, navigating Pennsylvania’s complex liquor laws to bring you some interesting wines that you will not find at the state liquor store.

Drinks
Bar.Curio has a full service bar, able to recreate all the standards as well as create newly inspired cocktails. Matched with our small plate menu, you can stay all day and all evening.
Food
We offer a carefully curated selection of small plates and bites perfect for sharing. We bake all our own focaccia, bruschetta, tarts and tartlets. Our menu is simple, quick and importantly naturally Gluten-Free.

If you are looking to get barked at from a loud PA system about silly questions only true nerds can answer… There are plenty of places like that around the city on a tuesday night.
Industry Night (Monday)
Yes, we will be open on Mondays! When everyone else in the neighborhood is closed; we will be open. And, as an added bonus to all of our friends and family in the hospitality industry, we have discounts.
